Weak Airflow from Your BedJetUpdated a month ago
If your BedJet isn’t delivering the same airflow you’re used to—whether you have a Single or Dual Zone setup—follow these steps to get back to peak performance.
1. Check for Blockages
Air filter: Remove and clean the filter. A clogged filter can drastically reduce airflow.

Air hose: Inspect the hose for obstructions (socks, blankets, etc.) and remove anything you find.
Bedding: Make sure sheets or blankets aren’t bunched up around the nozzle, blocking the air outlet.
Cloud Sheet users: Confirm any inlets on your Cloud Sheet are closed so air isn’t escaping elsewhere.
2. Verify Power Mode
Remote‑equipped units:
Press Menu → BedJet Setup → Low Power
Ensure it’s set to Normal Power, not Low Power.
App‑Only Owners:
Press the Low Power button on the side of the BedJet base (it will glow green when activated).
Compare the airflow before and after pressing:
If airflow increases, the unit has switched back to Normal Power.
If airflow decreases, it was already in Normal Power and is now in Low Power—press again to return to Normal.
Dual‑Zone systems: Both BedJet units should be set to Low Power. If one unit is on Normal and the other on Low, the “Low Power” side will feel noticeably weaker.
3. Confirm Proper Power Supply
Plug your BedJet directly into a wall outlet or other power source rated for its requirements.
Avoid using power strips or extension cords that can’t deliver the full wattage your unit needs—this will limit airflow and heat output.
