PowerLayer will not activate or move at allUpdated a month ago
If your PowerLayer Adjustable Bedframe is no longer activating or adjusting at all when selecting an option on your remote, follow these steps in order to attempt to troubleshoot and resolve your issue.
- Ensure your remote is functioning
- Your PowerLayer remote should light up when picked up
- Attempt to change the remote batteries if no light is showing
- Ensure the PowerLayer is receiving power
- Check if PowerLayer is plugged in
- The PowerLayer power supply should have a solid green light when receiving power
- If you show no light or a flashing light, contact Customer Care for additional support
- If you show a solid green light
- Detach the power supply from the PowerLayer and re-seat the connection to ensure the frame is receiving power from the power supply
- Check the PowerLayer main controller
- Remove the mattress from your PowerLayer
- Fold the head side completely over to access the underside of the frame
- The PowerLayer controller (black box) will show a solid green light under normal operation
- If you show no light or a flashing light, contact Customer Care for additional support
- If you show a solid green light
- Detach the cables from the controller and re-seat the cables to ensure a proper connection is being made
- Ensure the remote is paired with your PowerLayer
- Press and hold the pairing button on the Controller. The button will blink green to signify it is in pairing mode.
- Press and hold any button on the Remote to pair the Remote to the Controller. When the Controller stops blinking, pairing is complete.
