PowerLayer preset or memory buttons are not functionalUpdated a year ago

If your PowerLayer Adjustable Bedframe remote preset options or memory buttons are not functioning when selected it is likely a power outage has occurred causing the PowerLayer to lose its position tracking. 

Press the FLAT button on your PowerLayer remote to bring the frame completely Flat to regain its position tracking. The PowerLayer should resume normal operation once completed.
