PowerLayer moving but will not return to FlatUpdated 3 months ago

If your PowerLayer Adjustable Bedframe is allowing you to raise but will not lower or return to Flat, this is likely due to obstructions below the frame. 

Raise the PowerLayer via your remote and check under the frame for any object which are preventing the frame from lowering.
