PowerLayer is stuck in raised position after troubleshootingUpdated a month ago

If your PowerLayer Adjustable Bedframe is stuck in an upright position despite troubleshooting steps, follow these steps to bring your PowerLayer to a Flat position until a resolution can be provided by our Customer Care Team. 

• See our Video Support Guide on Unpinning the Actuator Motor for reference.
• Remove the mattress from your PowerLayer 
• Fold the the side of the PowerLayer currently stuck upright over to access the underside of the frame
  • If both side are stuck, complete one at a time
• Locate the actuator motor (long silver pole/component)
• Remove the pin connectors at both ends of the actuator motor
• Remove the actuator and place to the side
• Fold the PowerLayer back to a Flat position
• Repeat for the other end if needed
