My Biorhythm sequence will not run from the AppUpdated 4 months ago
You can attempt to correct the issue by resetting both your BedJet and phone.
- Unplug BedJet from wall outlet
- Uninstall BedJet Smart Remote App from phone
- Restart phone
- Reinstall BedJet Smart Remote App
- Plug in and power on BedJet
Pair to your phone, and try building/running your Biorhythm Schedule to see if this worked. If this does not work, please contact us for additional support options.
