My Biorhythm schedule will not start and shows the message "Fixed time steps are too long given current clock time"Updated 2 months ago

If you’re trying to set up a Biorhythm schedule using the BedJet Smart Remote app or your physical remote and you encounter the message ‘Fixed time steps are too long given current clock time’, it means that the initial step of the schedule is too lengthy based on the current clock time. This situation typically arises when you’re trying to create and test a bedtime schedule much earlier in the day or morning.

The BedJet system allows each individual step of the Biorhythm schedule to be a maximum of 12 hours in duration. If the end time of the first step of your Biorhythm schedule is more than 12 hours in the future, you’ll receive this message, and the schedule won’t start.

In such cases, we recommend waiting until bedtime to initiate the schedule. At that point, the schedule will run smoothly without any issues.

If the end time of the first step in your schedule is NOT more than 12 hours in the future AND you are receiving this or another error, please reach out to our Customer Care team for further assistance.
