If your BedJet 3 Smart Remote is physically broken, damaged, or lost, please reach out to our Customer Care Team for further assistance. If you are a BedJet owner covered by the two-year comprehensive warranty, we will gladly replace the BedJet 3 Smart Remote at no cost if necessary.
