My BedJet is not powering onUpdated a month ago
If your BedJet is no longer powering on when plugged in, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.
Note: The BedJet will show a solid amber/orange color light when powered on under normal operation.
- Ensure the BedJet is plugged in to an appropriate power source
- We strongly suggest plugging the BedJet into a wall outlet
- If using a power strip/extension cord, move the plug to a wall outlet rule this out as a cause
- Move the BedJet to a different wall outlet to rule out the existing outlet/power source
- Ensure the BedJet is powered on
- For BedJet 3 owners press the power button on the side of the BedJet unit once
- For BedJet V2 owners ensure the power switch to the left of the air hose is in the "UP" position

If the previously mentioned steps do not resolve the issue, please reach out to our Customer Care Team for further assistance. If you are a BedJet owner covered by the two-year comprehensive warranty, we will gladly replace the BedJet at no cost if necessary. For all other customers, we will be pleased to offer repair or replacement options for the BedJet.
