Troubleshooting BedJet Remote Connection Issues

We apologize for any inconvenience you’re experiencing with your BedJet remote connection. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving any issues you encounter. Please attempt the following troubleshooting steps to resolve your app connection issue:

  1. Full Remote and BedJet Reset:

    1. Remove both batteries from your remote control.
    2. Unplug the BedJet from your wall outlet for a minimum of 30 seconds.
    3. Put batteries back into the remote.
    4. Plug in and power on the BedJet unit.
    5. See if the remote automatically reconnects
    6. Try selecting "Rescan" on the remote 
  2. Attempt to re-add the BedJet device to the remote:
    1. Select "Menu" on your remote
    2. Select "Add device" from the menu
    3. Press and hold the "Low Power" button on the BedJet to confirm pairing
      1. If successful, the remote will confirm connection after about 5 seconds

Please perform the following tests to confirm if the radio connection on your BedJet system or remote control has failed and contact our Customer Care team with details of the results:

To enter the testing menu on the remote follow these steps:

  1. Unplug any other BedJet units in your home to remove interference
  2. Remove the back cover of the remote
  3. Remove one battery (either battery is fine)
  4. Press and hold “Menu” button while putting battery back in the remote

To test the BedJet units connection:

  1. Use the up or down arrow keys to move through the test names shown on the remote screen
  2. Select "RF RX" using the center key
  3. Note whether the "Count" line shows a "0" or an increasing number
  4. Press and hold the "?" button to leave the test screen

To test the remote control connection:

  1. Use the up or down arrow keys to move through the test names shown on the remote screen
  2. Select "RF TX" using the center key
  3. Note whether the "Sent" line shows a "0" or an increasing number
  4. To exit the testing menu, remove one of the batteries for a moment and place right back into the remote.
