King Mattress PowerLayer (two Twin XL frames) not moving in synchronized fashionUpdated a year ago

If your King size PowerLayer (two Twin XL frames) is not moving together in a synchronized way, follow these steps to attempt to troubleshoot and resolve your issue:

• Ensure both Twin PowerLayer frames are plugged in
  • Unplug and plug back into wall
  • Detach and reseat the connection from the power supply to the frame
• Ensure Twin PowerLayer frames are paired to each other
  • Fold the Twin PowerLayers and locate their Controllers. 
  • Confirm PowerLayers are powered on and LED light shows on the controller box
  • Press and hold the pairing button on one of the Power Layer Controllers until it begins blinking green to signify it is in pairing mode. 
  • Press and hold the pairing button on the second Power Layer controller. The light will blink once, and the light on the first Power Layer Controller will stop blinking. 
  • When the First Controller stops blinking, pairing is complete.
