As long as the unit you purchased from Amazon was fulfilled by either Amazon or BedJet (and not a third-party seller), your unit is covered by our 2-year Manufacturer’s Warranty. To verify your warranty eligibility and/or to make a claim during the 2-year coverage period, please locate your Amazon order number and call (401) 404-5250 or send an email to [email protected]. The Amazon order number should be listed on the order confirmation email you received directly from Amazon.
