How is the PowerLayer shipped?Updated 3 months ago

The following PowerLayer sizes ship to your door via standard parcel carriers, typically FedEx Ground service. No waiting at home for freight deliveries!

• If you purchased a Twin XL or Queen PowerLayer, it will arrive in a single box.
• If you purchased a Split King PowerLayer, it will arrive in two boxes (2 x Twin XL).
• Optional accessories such as the Leg Kit, Headboard Bracket, and Massage Kit will be shipped separately in their own boxes.

The Standard King PowerLayer requires White Glove Delivery and Installation due to its size and weight. This service is included at no additional cost.

Once your order is completed, our White Glove delivery partner will pick up the PowerLayer. After they receive the frame, they will contact you to schedule an installation date at your convenience.
