Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. PowerLayer orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of placing your order.

For orders with White Glove Delivery & Installation, we will directly update you once your order has been received by our delivery partner. After receipt, you can expect a call at the provided contact number to schedule your installation. Please note that White Glove orders will not display tracking details on our online tracking page.
