BedJet offers a 60-day return window, we pay for the return shipping (US/Canada/EU/UK only) and we give fast 100% refunds with absolutely no restocking fees (provided nothing is missing or damaged).

- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
Return Shipping Details
- For Orders in the US, Canada, UK, and EU:
- Pre-paid return shipping labels will be provided for the items being returned.
- For International Orders (including AU):
- We will provide the shipping address for the return. Please note that the cost of return shipping is not covered by BedJet.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo inspection to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your account.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable items
Refurbished BedJet 3 units are non-returnable and non-refundable.
