Ordered the wrong Cloud Sheet? No need to worry! 

BedJet offers a 60-day return/exchange window, we pay for the return shipping (US/Canada/EU/UK only) and we give fast 100% refunds with absolutely no restocking fees (provided nothing is missing or damaged).

Exchange process

Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected], by calling 401-404-5250 to initiate the exchange process with your order number, details about the item you wish to return and the item/s you wish to receive in exchange. 

For orders within the US/Canada/UK/EU, we will provide pre-paid return shipping labels for the items being returned. 

For international orders including AU, we will provide details on the shipping address for return of the order, the cost of return is not covered by BedJet.

If additional payment is required for the exchange, we will provide an invoice to complete payment via our site or we can assist with payment by phone.

Refund process

For exchanges which require a refund, upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. A refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days for the difference in cost of the item and an email confirmation will be sent to the email on file.
