Our eCommerce fulfillment system works incredibly fast to get folks orders out to them as quickly as possible. Please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] or by calling 401-404-5250 immediately for the best chance at catching your order prior to shipment. Please include your order number and the items which need to be cancelled (unless cancelling the full order).

Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
