BedJet Error 5: Motor RPM ErrorUpdated 2 months ago

A Fault 5 or Motor RPM Error typically indicates your BedJets motor is not reaching the expected RPM which can be caused by excessive air flow blockage or failure of the motor. 

Please attempt the following to troubleshoot your issue:

  • Reset unit to attempt clearing the error 
    • Unplug your BedJet from the wall for a full 10 minutes.
  • Inspect your BedJet for potential blockages
    • Remove and clean the BedJet air filter
    • Remove and inspect the air hose for blockages
    • Ensure your sheets/bedding are not blocking/bunching at the nozzle
    • Ensure there is nothing directly blocking the BedJets air intake

If the error persists after reset, please reach out to our Customer Care Team for further assistance. If you are a BedJet owner covered by the two-year comprehensive warranty, we will gladly replace the BedJet at no cost if necessary. For all other customers, we will be pleased to offer repair or replacement options for the BedJet.
