BedJet Error 3/4: Extended Thermal TripUpdated 2 months ago

A Fault 3/4 or Extended Thermal Trip error indicates the BedJet is reading a temperature above the expected set point. This can be caused either by excessive air flow blockage or issue with the BedJets thermal sensor.  

Please attempt the following to troubleshoot your issue:

  • Inspect your BedJet for potential blockages
    • Remove and clean the BedJet air filter
    • Remove and inspect the air hose for blockages
    • Ensure your sheets/bedding are not blocking/bunching at the nozzle
    • Ensure there is nothing directly blocking the BedJets air intake
  • Attempt a reset of the BedJet Thermal Sensor
    • Unplug the BedJet from the wall outlet for a full minute
    • Plug in the BedJet
    • Power on the BedJet
    • Run on COOL mode for a full 10 minutes
    • Retry use of your BedJet

If the error persists after these steps, please reach out to our Customer Care Team for further assistance. If you are a BedJet owner covered by the two-year comprehensive warranty, we will gladly replace the BedJet at no cost if necessary. For all other customers, we will be pleased to offer repair or replacement options for the BedJet.
