BedJet Error 2: Thermal Tracking ErrorUpdated 2 months ago
A Fault 2 or Thermal tracking error error typically indicates either excessive air flow blockage in your BedJet or failure of the related thermal sensor.
Please attempt the following to troubleshoot your issue:
- Inspect your BedJet for potential blockages
- Remove and clean the BedJet air filter
- Remove and inspect the air hose for blockages
- Ensure your sheets/bedding are not blocking/bunching at the nozzle
- Ensure there is nothing directly blocking the BedJets air intake
If the error persists after these steps, please reach out to our Customer Care Team for further assistance. If you are a BedJet owner covered by the two-year comprehensive warranty, we will gladly replace the BedJet at no cost if necessary. For all other customers, we will be pleased to offer repair or replacement options for the BedJet.
