A Fault 1 or Invalid ADC Data error typically indicates an error in communication with one of the BedJets internal sensors. 

• To attempt clearing this error, unplug your BedJet from the wall for a full 10 minutes.

If the error persists after reset, please reach out to our Customer Care Team for further assistance. If you are a BedJet owner covered by the two-year comprehensive warranty, we will gladly replace the BedJet at no cost if necessary. For all other customers, we will be pleased to offer repair or replacement options for the BedJet.
