Pairing Your BedJet with the BedJet Smart Remote AppUpdated 4 months ago

The BedJet Smart Remote App offers all the same functionality as your physical BedJet remote — including one-touch memory keys, programmable Biorhythm scheduling, and fully customizable sleep temperature settings. Follow the steps below to connect your BedJet to the app and unlock its full range of features. 

Step 1: Download the BedJet 3 App
The BedJet 3 App is available for free from the Google Play Store (Android) and the Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad).

Step 2: Power On Your BedJet
Make sure your BedJet unit is powered on before attempting to pair.

Step 3: Open the BedJet 3 App
Launch the BedJet 3 App on your device. The app will request permission to access Bluetooth and Location Services — select OK to allow both. These permissions are required to locate and connect to your BedJet.

Important Note: Location permission is only used to enable the Bluetooth connection. BedJet does not collect, track, or store your location data.

Step 4: Begin the Connection Process
Select Connect within the app. If you are within range of your BedJet, the unit will appear under Add New Device.

  • If you do not see your BedJet listed, select Rescan.
  • Tap your BedJet once it appears to begin the connection process.

Step 5: Confirm Pairing
The Bluetooth symbol on the BedJet status display will light up once the connection is active (please note: all status lights time out after 30 seconds of inactivity).

  • For BedJet 3: You will be prompted to press the Low Power button twice to confirm pairing.
  • For BedJet 3 Mini: You will be prompted to press the Pairing button to confirm pairing.
  • Select OK to complete the pairing process.

Important for Apple Users
If you are using an iPhone or iPad, please note that pairing must be completed directly through the BedJet 3 App. Attempting to pair through the Settings Menu or Control Center of your device will not work.
