How to Update Firmware Using the BedJet Smart Remote AppUpdated 2 months ago

All new BedJet units ship with the latest firmware already installed, so no immediate update is required. However, if you are updating an older BedJet or if a new firmware update becomes available in the future, you can easily install it through the BedJet Smart Remote App.

Follow these steps to check for and install firmware updates:

Step 1: Power On Your BedJet

Ensure your BedJet unit is powered on before starting the update process.

Step 2: Open the BedJet Smart Remote App

Launch the BedJet Smart Remote App on your device.

Step 3: Open the Menu

Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner of the app screen.

Step 4: Select “Update Firmware”

From the menu, select Update Firmware.

Step 5: Confirmation and Process

• If your BedJet already has the latest firmware, the app will let you know that no update is needed.
• If an update is available, the app will confirm the update is in progress.
• During the update, the BedJet base unit’s LED light ring will flash to indicate the update is active.
