How to Switch Between BedJets in the BedJet Smart Remote AppUpdated 2 months ago

If you have multiple BedJet units, such as a Dual Zone System or units in different rooms, you can easily switch between them within the BedJet Smart Remote App. Follow these steps to switch or add a new BedJet:

Step 1: Power On Your BedJet

Make sure the BedJet you want to connect to is powered on.

Step 2: Open the BedJet Smart Remote App

Launch the BedJet Smart Remote App on your device.

Step 3: Open the Menu

Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) located in the top right corner of the app screen.

Step 4: Select “Paired Device List”

From the menu, select Paired Device List.

Step 5: Choose the BedJet to Connect To

Tap the BedJet you would like to switch to. The app will connect to that unit and display its name on the main app screen.

Step 6: Adding a Brand New BedJet

If you are connecting to a brand new BedJet that hasn’t been paired yet, select Add New Device from the Paired Device List page and follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.


Important Note:
BedJet units can only be actively connected to one device/phone at a time. If the BedJet is already paired to another phone or tablet, please disconnect it from the other device before trying to pair or connect with your current device.
