How to Set Up Your BedJetUpdated 6 days ago

Getting your BedJet up and running is quick and easy—no tools or technical know-how required. Follow the steps below to start enjoying your personalized climate comfort in just minutes.

What’s in the Box

  • BedJet base unit

  • Air hose with nozzle

  • Adjustable mattress mount (paddle, height links, and clamp)

  • Remote control (with batteries)

  • Instruction manual

For Dual Zone Systems:

  • Two BedJet 3 Mini base units (one for each side of the bed)

  • Cloud Sheet accessory in the size selected

Important Note:

  • If you ordered an "App Only" BedJet 3, a remote is not included—you’ll control your unit via the BedJet Smart Remote App.

Step-by-Step Installation

Check out our video installation guide for reference.

1. Position the BedJet Unit

  • Place your BedJet under or beside the bed depending on your setup.

    • BedJet 3: Needs at least 6 inches of clearance.

    • BedJet 3 Mini: Needs at least 5 inches of clearance.

  • Ensure airflow to and from the unit is not blocked for optimal performance.

2. Attach the Air Hose

  • Connect one end of the hose to the air outlet on the BedJet unit.

  • Insert the other end of the hose into the nozzle.

3. Assemble and Install the Adjustable Mattress Mount

  • Connect the paddle, height links, and clamp to form the mattress mount.

  • Slide the paddle under the mattress (between the mattress and box spring or bed frame slats) where you plan to place the air hose.

  • If using the Cloud Sheet, align the mount with the Cloud Sheet’s air inlet opening for best results.

4. Place the Nozzle

  • With Cloud Sheet:

    • Insert the nozzle into the Cloud Sheet inlet opening.

    • Pull the opening of the sheet down so it rests just below the clamp that secures the air hose.

  • With Standard Sheets:

    • Position the nozzle between the top and bottom sheets near the foot of the bed.

    • Use the clasps on the side of the C-clamp to hold the bedding in place.

    • For thin sheets, folding some fabric before clamping helps improve grip.

5. Plug It In

  • Plug the BedJet into a standard wall outlet.

  • Press the power button to turn on your BedJet. Once powered on, the power light will be red.

6. Power On and Setup Your Remote

  • Place the included batteries into your remote.

  • Follow the on-screen setup instructions to begin using your BedJet.

  • App users: Download the BedJet Smart Remote App on your smartphone and follow the Bluetooth pairing/setup steps provided.
