How to Factory Reset Your BedJet Using the BedJet Smart Remote App

A factory reset will restore your BedJet to its original out-of-the-box settings. This can be helpful if you are troubleshooting, or would like to remove all currently saved settings. Follow the steps below to perform a factory reset:

Step 1: Power On Your BedJet

Ensure your BedJet is powered on before starting the reset process.

Step 2: Open the BedJet Smart Remote App

Launch the BedJet Smart Remote App on your device.

Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) located in the top right corner of the app screen.

Step 4: Select “Factory Reset”

From the menu, select Factory Reset.

Step 5: Confirm Reset

Tap Yes when prompted to confirm that you would like to proceed with the reset.

Step 6: BedJet Restart and Disconnection

Your BedJet will automatically restart and disconnect from the app while completing the reset.

Step 7: Reconnect to the App

Once the reset is complete, you will need to reconnect your BedJet to the app and follow the new device setup process.
