BedJet offers a 60-day return window, we pay for the return shipping (US/Canada/EU/UK only) and we give fast 100% refunds with absolutely no restocking fees (provided nothing is missing or damaged).

Return process

Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected], by calling 401-404-5250 to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. For orders within the US/Canada/UK/EU, we will provide pre-paid return shipping labels for the items being returned. 

For international orders including AU, we will provide details on the shipping address for return of the order, the cost of return is not covered by BedJet.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days and an email confirmation will be sent to the email on file. 

Non-Returnable items

Refurbished BedJet 3 units are non-returnable and non-refundable.
