Factory Resetting the PowerLayerUpdated a month ago
If your PowerLayer bed frame is unresponsive or experiencing issues, a factory reset may resolve the problem. This guide provides simple steps to reset the PowerLayer and re-pair the remote, ensuring everything functions smoothly again. Follow the instructions below to complete the reset and pairing process.
Access the PowerLayer controller:
- Remove your mattress from the PowerLayer
- Fold down the PowerLayer head side and locate the controller.
- Ensure the PowerLayer is powered on, and the LED light on the controller box is illuminated.
Reset Process:
- Press and hold the button on the controller until the LED blinks green.
- Release the button, then press and hold it again for 10 seconds to complete the factory reset.
Re-Pairing the Remote:
- After the reset, press and hold the pairing button on the controller. The LED will blink green, indicating pairing mode.
- Press and hold any button on the remote. Once the controller’s LED stops blinking, pairing is complete.
