Can I order with an HSA or FSA?Updated 2 months ago

Yes! We do offer the option to checkout using FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) through Flex for certain qualifying items on our site. Currently, only single BedJet 3 systems and Cloud Sheets are qualified for purchase using this payment method. 

To use your FSA or HSA, simply add the items to your cart and select Flex as the payment method during checkout. You will be brought to a medical questionnaire from Flex for approval of the purchase with your HSA/FSA provider. If approved, you will the order will automatically be placed and you will be provided a Letter of Medical Necessity from Flex to provide to your HSA/FSA provider if needed. 

Note: If you’re unable to locate Flex as a payment option during checkout, you may be automatically signed into Shop Pay. To view all payment options, including Flex, select "Checkout as guest" to log out of Shop Pay.
